actual exit was .85 but i adjusted for commissions. another trade where i cut losses early which is alright but not sure if in the long run its the right move to do...

bad news broke on it... was setting up nice for a breakout... risk of the market...

painful... thought i had a nice breakout setting up... held over night and was subsequently downgraded by JPM this morning...

awfully executed trade to exit... didn't take any off to secure a bit of profit... got stubborn and turned a slight winner into a loser... fucked me up for the rest of the day but wasn't mindful of it... and it will show with the upcoming trades... i also put it back on at EOD and got fucked the next morning...

fucked this up too... wrong strike... no conviction... watching every tick can get spooked and as evidenced will exit a trade before the reward... more times than not exiting a trade too soon because i think i know what is going to happened has been a punishing mistake...

this could be the most painful of em all... didn't stick with the trade... no conviction... could have taken some profit around .67 but didn't... so the decision to exit was based on salvaging some profit rather than ticking to the trade idea of a breakout... it brokeout today and was around 1.10 nice 2x+... sometimes i think it's better to set my stop and walk away... not sure about actively managing a trade...

out of all my trades ystrdy even though this was a loser it was my best... saw there was more downside and i cut my losses quick... tried it later and same thing more downside... and cut losses

good execution on entry but didnt have conviction... sold 2of3 to scrape a but of profit... turned out to be a good trade and the 3rd exit was good management...
