@timothysykes Hello Tim, Hope you're doing well. I'm watching your TIM Raw DVD right now, and it's just like GOLD for me! I just have a question regarding PDT rule. In this DVD you mention twice that PDT rule is like: buy XYZ on Monday -> sell XYZ the same day. Buy XYZ the next day and I won't be able to sell till next Monday? (buy and sell the same day; buy the next day and sell only the next Monday) As I know with PDT rule I have 3 day trades inside 5 business days (1 week). Example: in and out on Monday (1st Day Trade); in and out on Tuesday (2nd Day Trade); in and out on Wednesday (3rd Day Trade). (buy and sell the same day = 1 Day Trade) So, if I have 3 Day Trades, I can: buy and sell; buy and sell; buy and sell in 3 separate days. Is it correct? Please Tim, see links below and let me know if it's correct. http://ngureco.hubpages.com/hub/Rules-of-Day-Trading-Pattern-Day-Trader-Restrictions-and-Pattern-Day-Trades-Examples https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pattern_day_trader https://www.captrader.com/en/footnavigation/service-help/pattern-daytrader/ https://research.scottrade.com/knowledgecenter/Public/education/Article?docid=59c2e9d10010443ba3dbc53db3b360f2
So 1 intraday trade is - in and out the same day. Right?
If i´m right, one trade is just a buy or a sell order, so 3 intraday trades per week means you can only route 3 orders per week. Correct me, i´m also a frigging newbie, hahaha
These web-sites above say that a Day Trade is: buy and sell same day. (Buy + Sell = 1 Day Trade)
Hold overnight and it doesn't count against you, why is that so hard to understand?

@aziz_imanov just became a fully transparent trader today!
