It wasn't moving and volume had dried up. Not going to sit and hope for a trend to start. Good trade in principle, just didn't work out exactly as I planned.
Bad trade. Tried to play a momentum play in a dry market; not smart. Need to stick to bounces.
Overall good trade, but I should let my winners run more. On all of my profitable trades, had I stayed in I would have made more money. This trade could have been a half-bagger had I stayed in. Whatever, the past is the past.
Was up 69% at one point, but didn't pull the trigger. Once the trend ends... take profits or cut losses! Playing the mid-day "pray & wait" game is for gamblers.
Just bad. No idea why I even look at stocks above $10-15. Not experienced enough for them and don't have a big enough account to open meaningful positions.
No volume. New rule added to my book: Don't buy twitter picks unless fully analyzed.
