Made a total Noob move. I was setup to make 50cents/share on the mid day run up on ESI. I was at work so couldn't give it my full attention, i went to enter my stop loss and ended setting up a limit order. At least it covered my commission fees. I was too upset so i didn't look to make any more trades 4 rest of the day. Lesson learned.
