First 5 figure trade. Learned some lessons on this ticker. Not sad about the profits but pays to get in early. Got up to $64.00 per shares at one point so lost a lot of gains. I believe this company will be the next Tesla but I'm not a long term holder with my strategy. Take profits when you have them.

Had to cut losses on this Meme Stock as Brokers started restricting trading activity on this ticker.

Most manipulated stock I've ever seen. Great company and great revenue. Just held down with share price.

Former symbol before merger was IPOC now is CLOV - I didn't follow my rules on this one I should have sold when it hit $18.00 prior to ticker change but I thought it could spike more on ticker change with some sort of news coverage. No news coverage at all and there was brokerage issues where it couldn't be traded on some brokers for 2 days. At least I'm still in the green but lesson learned.

I will renter this SPAC only entered cause there was a hot target CCIV I hope SOAC doesn't announce their target before I jump back in.

Exit Comments: Held through Merger $PIC to $XL these are my remaining shares Sold the rest of the 269 shares left in the trade @ $26.25 CEO was featured on CNBC trading floor and it rocketed from $19.50s to as high as $28.69 in 5 mins. Even got halted for 5 minutes cause of the volatility. Sold to soon but amazing company it will go a lot higher down the road. Kept on watch list for earnings plays.

Entry comments: SPAC Trade Electric Vehicle Hybrid merging ending in Q4 so should be in December some time. Entry: 10.85 added 11.67 avg 11.07 Plan is to hold till merger announcement and watch price action and market sentiment. First PT $20.00 Rest of shares hold till Merger Vote and Possibly Ticker Change as this has been a trend lately where Ticker Change after the merge has had some parabolic moves

Exit comments: Taking Partial Profits after Merger Announcement AH. 325 out of the 594 shares. Leaving the rest of the shares to play out my plan to see it through to the merger on December 21st, 2020. If there is good price action, volume and it closes well I will go through to the ticker change and sell it on a morning Spike. Could have similar explosive gains like QS.
