Overextension. -0.33R. Shorted at the open and then added when the $2.1 failed, risking that hod. It worked and I had patience but it reversed and stopped me out at $2.1. It bottommed 2 cents away from prev closing price. I was looking for it to close red or close to red. PT was below $1.4. Perhaps should have covered some at the $1.6’s or set my stop to breakeven. Potential reentry on the actual first red day.

Entry comments: Puts. Entry: Bought 1 put when it was at $6. It went to $7.5 but I did not care too much because this was clearly overextended and my risk, even though high, it was controlled with the option. After topping at $7.75, it dropped almost 50% and bottomed at the $2.6’s, making my put in the money. Overnighting this because that was my main idea since the beginning and because I am out of trades due to the PDT.
Exit comments: Close. 1.26R. Sold my PUT at the market open, when the price was below $3. Could have had more patience but the main idea was to sell the put when te price was below $3, which was the strike price.
