Entry comments: Bought this stock spiking late day on account of virtual headset news, entered on the HOD break above 1.64. Looking for a morning spike above key 1.74 resistance. Goal is to make .25-.50 cents/share.

Exit comments: Tried giving this one time, but no initial spike nor delayed spike with big sellers at key 1.7 level. Had to follow rule number one and cut losses quickly. Next.

Entry comments: Piggy backed this late day play off mentor Timothy Sykes looking to hold overnight and sell into a morning spike. Exit comments: Wall of sellers right at the market open at 2.27. Recognized I needed to exit right then and there but hesitated and ended up exiting at 2.2176. Still followed rule number #1 cut losses quickly. Small loss, no harm. On to the next.

Entry comments: Dip bought this stock after hours on a big licensing agreement before it continued to run up to 2.98 by time the after hours closed. Forced to hold overnight by the PDT rule. Goal is .50-$1/share. Exit Comments: Woke up p/m to a nice gap up to 3.00 but it couldn't break. Slow sell off near the 2.90's until a "neutral" rating analyst was put out having the stock at 2.5 which forced a quick sell off to the 2.7's. Sold @ 2.75. Lessons:Take profits/sleep in 2 avoid shakeout.

Entry comments: Bought VBIO into the market close as it was closing strongly near it's day highs with intentions of holding over the new year weekend. First trade of 2017. Goal is .25-.50 cents/share. Exit comments: Got a nice gap up, and even had strong bidders at 3.12 but the stock couldn't seem to pass 3.13. Low goal was hit so I took profits. 2017 goal is to build this small account! Nice gain
