Suretrader crashed on monday for the last 30 minutes of market hours. My orders wouldn't get through. I was ready to take a 150$ loss but was unable to sell my shares due to technical problem and had to take a 375$ loss instead. One employee even said that they don't know if it would crash again... So reassuring!
