with less than 25K the only broker that will let u daytrade freely is Suretrader. You will be handcuffed by the PDT rule which makes things pretty difficult in any other broker. Another option is to just split your capital between 2-3 brokers like IB, Etrade, TD Ameritrade if u don't want to go with Suretrader
