Entry comments: Shareholder liquidation value of this thing is around $2.50, so with it so cheap and earnings release on August 9th, entering into the trade. There has been a run-up in their preferred GKK-A since they stopped paying the dividend on it. Since it is cumulative, that's a good catalyst for me...
