Hit daily pip target with this one. Hirami Cross on daily chart 8/16 signaled bullish move. Held through USD FOMC news at 1pm. Spiked higher but I’m happy with win. Might look to renter if move holds .
GBP was gaining and JPY was losing against primary currencies for most of August 16. Took a small profit earlier in the night on this pair and reentered trade on brink of expected good economic news. The projected bullish news and my technical charting yielded a nice trade. Note that posted charts are two hours ahead of my time zone.
NZD play on expected good economic news. Was very patient with entry point on 30 min chart. Notice how market shot down in opposite direction right before reversal. Took profits near top of bullish move.
