Entry comments: Saw the stock had jumped up on earnings premarket. The reports said they beat earnings and we looking for a FDA approvel on a resubmittal. Lot of positive news and high volume compared to daily average shares traded.

Entry comments: They have a contract to sell movies on cable and on phones in China but until they see some revenue this stock can't hold its spikes. They had a 308% in sale revenue but clouded that over with a bunch of late filings that confused investors who don't really read SEC filings. Last Q they touted their projections instead of the actually earnings and the stock move a little then went right back down. So pissed at myself for becoming a bag holder by trying to average down instead of cutting losses

Entry comments: Professional accumulation, low float, clear of earnings & company is growing. I like the fundamentals.
