It's not fees. You'll be flagged as a pattern day trader if you make more than 3 day trades in a 5 business day period and wont be able to make a day trade for 90 days. There are 2 common methods around it. What I'm doing is having 2 different accounts and switching back and forth between them so I don't miss out on too many plays. Or you can get a suretrader account, It's based in the Bahamas and isn't subject to the Pattern day trader rule. The down side is there customer service is such g

garbage. I've heard lots of people having trouble withdrawing money from the accounts with suretrader.

ACUR spiked on no news, I was just looking into this one. After the bell they issues a s--1 to raise $5M in warrents and stock. Seeking alpha issues an avoid on the stock.

I use Elliott Wave on the bigger picture. But it is a good indicator and part of the tool box for sure.

@MPASTER It's toppled heavily before and it was reaching resistance. I missed today's panic play and believe it still has room to drop some more, but if it sets a higher low then it could be a breakout play, althought that would be far riskier.

What lead you to the stock. Great video, but how did this land on your radar?

It was a pre-market top gainer. If I remember correctly it did not have a catalyst for that day but had been previously been running since the 27th due to a contract they got.
