Stock was up on news of George Soros billionaire taking a tiny position of $30K - so basically it was up on hot air - Spiked nearly $1 on this not really news so provided a good short opportunity - Covered half on morning panic and was patient enough to cover the rest later - Finally learning to give winners a chance

This was up to $1.40 pre-market and looked to have established support at $1.10 so I bought on this dip expecting a bounce but all it did was hold for a while before continuing to fade - Annoyed with myself for wasting one of my precious day trades on this POS

Was early on this short which initially went against me big time, averaged up along the way as position was fairly small but still covered far too soon once I started to be in profit - Annoying that 300 of the shares margin called at a high price - That's one of the problems of having a small account

Not sure why this spiked from $0.75 to $4 - Rumour was it was bot trading combined with the small float - Probably had something to do with chasers getting excited thinking this was going to be like the crazy AQXP run a few days earlier - Had good earnings which made the share price deserving of a small gain but nothing like this - Shorted on the dead cat bounce, it went higher briefly the next day and then faded -Will probably fall back to a $1 in a week or two

Flipped my thinking about 5 days too late - Stupid loss

NEVER SHORT EARNINGS WINNERS - If you do don''t break the #1 rule - This is up there in my list of worst trades ever

Speculative swing trade with a tiny position going into the close - Had spiked to over $4 in the morning - Choppy but downtrending all day shorted on spike into the close - cover was a good exit captured most of the move

Tried to be early on this pump and dump but it never got any legs

Blatant pump and dump but very illiquid otherwise I would have taken a much larger position

This was a longer swing than I intended but I was very sure that it would drop once the obvious fake support bids went away - Shorted too soon and covered too soon - Need to work on letting winners ride
