Had an auto stop set on IB and it kicked me out way to early...Bummer
Another lack of discipline trade. Must be robotic in trading. I held this for days hoping it would turn around. It did somewhat but still at a loss just less of one.
Darn commuter glitch...had a profit and then lost it because I couldn't get out fast enough.
Long on the gapper. These are quick quick trades usually done in a 1-3 mins. catch the rise, take the meet of the move, get out.
Here is were discipline needs to be in every trade first and foremost. JCP was going up, I had profit !!!! And then thought it would go up more....or did I wish it to go up more. Well I waited and waited and continued to let it fall. Created a new plan mid trade....Whaaa :( Stick to the plan ! Stay disciplined and cut losses quickly or you'll give back all your weeks winnings !!
This was a Black Pool tip. I didnt trade much to test the theory. XLF continued to run well after I got out. I'd consider Black Pool trades to be more of a Swing trade.
