7/06 Stock spiked at the open, held its highs all afternoon. Bought at 1440 & it closed at 1.19. They were presenting products on 7/10, I planned to hold o/n for another AM spike. Premarket it jumped to 1.38 but fell & opened at 1.13, from there it dropped to .92. I froze then thought it could have a delayed spike but It only bounced back to 1.03 and closed at 0.95. Mistakes: Not taking profits at 1.19; Not watching premarket; Not getting out during the morning panic or bounce.

6/27 Stock had a red day. 6/29 it dropped premarket from 4.85, opened at 3.08. I hesitated and bought at 1230, due to the drop & downtrend. Mid afternoon it stuck around 2.77. I planned to hold overnight seeing that it could drop more the next morning. Near market close, it started going higher into the 2.90's. I decided then to cut losses. The next morning, it did as I expected and fell to 2.64.

I bought thinking it would spike the next morning due to a new licensing agreement. It also uptrended toward the end of the day when I bought. In the morning, it spiked to 1.90, then it quickly died & dropped to 1.54 before coming back up to the 1.70 which it could not pass. I ended up selling at 1.62 for a loss since it did not go back up in price. A day later it's at 1.75/share.

Its been uptrending gradually since 6/23. 6/26 Bought due to a strong finish, opened at 1.25, closed at 1.52 & Passed former resistance at 1.25. Original plan- hold till conf call 6/29 but did not and locked in profits in the morning spike. The high that day was 2.13. On 6/28 it climbed to 3.30 & day of conf call it peaked at 3.75. Conf calls seem to be a good catalyst and I will be patient with them in the future.
