Saw a potential breakout play here on my scanner close to the close of the day. Thought it could potentially be an after hours runner, but after the breakout the momentum fizzled out similar to MSGM, so I exited this position as well. Price could potentially bounce off the VWAP, but I didn't want to wait and see while losing more money.
Missed initial open push too fast and had quick reversal making new LOD. Then made new plan to buy at 6 after dip to VWAP held. Did well letting WLDS to make higher low and hold VWAP before buying. Then did well selling 20% after HOD BO and quick push to 6.7s. Looking back 3-1r was 6.6 but spike was so fast didn’t think to sell more. Sold the rest smartly when WLDS failed to bounce much and sold before big dip.
Didn't realize the stock market opened and thought this was a breakout! Exited when WLDS cracked 6.
Stock went from 4.75 to 5.75 with low volume. Pop at the open. Got in after it broke the PM high. I was a little late, but I was able to avg down on a perfect dip buy at 5.50. Rode it all the way back up to the 6s. Chased a little bit, but lucked out on the dip buy. Solid trade.
