breaking news thought I'd give it a shot but it failed.

Breaking news play that just didn't work.

Tried to take this on a big dip off the spike. R/R seemed well. I was trying for a 30k position but only got 10k. When it didn't bounce immediately i decided to cut.

I got in this trade because it was OTC #1 Biggest % Gainer with Volume on 3/20 & is a 6-time former runner since 12/31/20. Dip bought 8:30 $0.005, using a pre-set Limit Buy that I set pre-market, 24% off 8:30 $0.0066 HOD. I immediately set for the 20% win as there was a large seller on the Ask at $0.0062 & Fidelity got me out 8:35 $0.006.

I got in this trade because it was the OTC #1 Biggest % Gainer with Volume on 3/20 & is a 6-time former runner since 12/31/20. Dip bought 3/21 14:46 $0.0065 30% off $0.0093 HOD. Price closed at $0.0058. The slow bounce started at the 3/22 open and hit $0.0081 at 9:33 with strong bid support pushing it up all the way. Price consolidated $0.078-$0.008 when suddenly the bid support vanished so I got out immediately 10:51 $0.0078. Price is $0.0077 at 11:01.

Bought the breakout above 0,0093, but it did not went any higher. I cut losses very quickly when the breakout failed. Got out @0,009. But after that i got frustrated and traded 2 other stocks for no reason and without a plan.

Saw the big bidder pushing the highs and I jumped in. I sold the top of the first move so very happy with that aspect. Probably could have taken more size but it was a little illiquid.

Shame I didn't get this earlier and with more shares. Great trade regardless just tiny partial position.

Caught in a breaking news play that didnt work. Intraday, daily everything lined up. Volume came in then it just dumped. These plays really havent been working lately so I will stay away until market changes.
