Spiked on news of Shell buyout. I chased it and bought near the top. I didn't read the news, so I missed the buyout price mentioned for .86/share. In that case, there was no reason for the share price to rise above the buyout price. A little due diligence could have kept me out of this trade.
Another where I just wasn't feeling it. Also, the float wasn't part of my criteria since this was over 120Mil float..
