I had this on watch for a break out so took a position after the open when It proved itself. Exit Fakeout. Oh well so I cut pretty quick. Small loss. Breakout multi month/day
Multiday Breakdown. Got short risking $6.5, thinking this could break $5.5. The china names were gapping down. Unfortunate price action because it stopped me out right at the top. I saw that it was holding. C+ setup.
Bought into the close on Friday and sold pre market after no gap up or morning spike.
Weekend trade. Got out quick on Monday. Should have waited.
This over the weekend play bounced and then fell right after open. I cut out at my entry to avoid losses. It dropped to $6.6
Entry comments: I'm trying this recent runner into the close as Chinese stocks have been surging and this one has a habit of surging into the close/fafterhours with the key resistance being at $8/share...that might be the top hence why I'm buying now just in case, but if it breaks above $8 it can really squeeze into the close and ideally afterhours/next week, goal is to make 10-20%, cut losses if it can't close strong
Exit comments: Solid over-the-weekend winner, maybe it spikes more since China plays are so hot, but they also move very fast so I like being safe just in case as my conservative goals were met and I'm happy. Small gains add up nicely over time!
