Mini loss on TOPW after I tried Dip-buying the bounce after a panic off of the highs but it didn't really bounce so I got out for a small loss.

This is a Chinese IPO. I never should have traded it, it halted almost the entire time. I kept trying to get out, but it would halt, then gap down a bunch. Worst trade of my life. Never again!
