Bought this stock afterhours, as it is a hot sector play. I thought it was going to have a big HOD breakout, similar to TURB. It quickly double topped at the HOD then dipped down to the $3.80s quickly. My stop loss was $3.83, but it was moving fast so I had a few cents of slippage and got out at $3.79. Good trade, just a failed breakout. Better entry would have been to dip buy it at $3.50 support level. Good lesson.

Re-bought this stock when it was showing signs of strength, thinking it was going to re-test the $4s again. It started to fail and dip again, so I got out. Undisciplined and over traded. Went from green to red on the day. Need to stop chasing after the initial move, as this trade felt like gambiling.

Entry comments: Speculative dip buy on this big energy runner, TURB is running big afterhours to 5+, this one hit 4 just a few minutes ago so lets see if this can have another leg too, goal is to sell in the high 3s or 4s, cut losses though if no bounce as these plays are SO choppy
Exit comments: Nice little single to end the day although it's not bouncing as much as I want, likely because TURB is now fading so I missed the real momentum move on this one from 3 to 4 earlier afterhours...what a long day, but the good news is there'll be more premarket runners tomorrow so get a good sleep and try to wake up early. Be cafe though as these energy plays are SO choppy, always sell into strength
