[TimAlerts] TAHN low float runner

[TimAlerts] so i was just looking through price gainers on yahoo finance and came across TAHN. It is up 30% because they have established a subsidiary that they also own. Im just wondering if this is actually good news or if its something to ignore all together (like a merger play). If someone known the answer to this could they please PM me. thanks
