This market truly is crazy! I just wish I was better prepared to capitalize but still a newbie so I’ll just play with very small size and keep learning and try to be fully prepared for the next crazy market we have down the road.

TYS - been away for the past month with hurricane prep (Helene and then Milton 2wks later), repair, intervieweing roofing and flood repair companies, etc.....just now getting back to the this. this was a great webinar to come back to NOTE TO SELF - WATCH AGAIN! Crazy market
