Starting to get it. Watched volume, and didn't rush in. Waited for round numbers, and for support/resistance to buy and sell. Also used smaller sizes to avoid panicking if a trade started going the wrong way.
updating now I've moved to trade zero and starting consistency, just to see where i am at, know i am down huge, want to see how much in total
