did real bad not writing out plans or sticking to them, had been using 1.5/3.% risk for goal 5-10%, also tried sticking to only trading via laptop not trading via mobile phone app...

Recognized The Dip Near Key Support Level With A Red Hold Candle With Lower Long Wick. Followed By green Candle And Volume. Worked On My Patience Towards Former Intraday Resistance That Acted As Support. For Resistance. Sold Into Top. Nicely Timed As The Stock Lost A Little Bit Of Momentum Once It Got There.
