Entry: Purchased SOAC as a swing trade. Goal was sell with at $15.00 to $20.00. Stop loss was the redemption price + interest if the they didn't find a company to merge with or -1%. Exit: Didn't follow the rules and take partial or all profits into the run up at $12.00. Sold before vote on merger. The only rule that I did follow for a small profit. Don't let greed take over an not take profits when they are given to you.

Entry comments: Re-re-re-entering this SPAC opportunity which finally has merger news this morning. I'm going back in almost exactly where I exited a couple days ago. Goal is to sell on a spike in the teens. Risking redemption value (10.00).
Exit comments: Once again, it didn't spike. I need to just let this ticker go instead of parking and waiting on it. The merger didn't make it run, and SPACs are behaving differently since last month, so I'm going to focus on more volatile swings.
