Entry comments: Foreign steel play. Starting a breakout pattern with longer term upside based on historic pricing. Again, not chasing here: let perceived breakout come back to you at better entry. Breakout 1.66 comes back to 1.55 entry for 0.11 improvement. Fine tuning entry with premarket reads.
