Swing trade no follow through
Tried to give it time as it recently ran up on rumors on company, but company tweeted, saying it's a pump for the recent run up and they had nothing to do with it. Cutting losses here, could head lower.
took a swung at SHMN as it had been running. Was dropping down, set a sell and on 10k out off 100k executed. 90k shares remains, will look for a chance to exit today.
Big spike on news and buying it at the 25% up on the day area. Wanted to buy the dip at 0.0068 or 0.0069 but hesitated as this is VWAP but, once it held the bounce on VWAP I entered as close as I can and wanted to let it ride. Problem was that it became very low volume and though it spiked it right away turned very slow and came down. I was afraid that being so low volume and illiquid I will have a big loss if it drops as I had a big size. Unfortunately it didn't even dropped to my entry price
Did not stick with my plan. I bought the dip but it was basing. Stock was not volatile enough.
speculative play on this stonk and cutting it as it could not breakout/spikes to a new highs.
