Entry comments: approaching FOMC meeting and suspect more SPY downside

I recognized last year that my trading patterns weren't effectively working as they used to so you will see in my trades that i aggresively sized down to puny baby size. but by doing that I have protected my gains and my account is literally at all time highs at a time when the indexes are down 10-20+% in the last few months.
