Was looking for the bounce nothing really happening so just got out I miss the earlier breakout I felt as if I was chasing

Chased a hot stock and got really burned, I need to focus on the set ups and not chase. I didn't want to miss out on this early runner because I made money on it before. However chasing it cost me a lot of money. This has been the worst week for me because I broke all the rules and I paid dearly.
