Cut my losses quickly. False read on the reversal and didn't want to hold through if it became a disaster. Wanted to keep my finger on the pulse to see where the actual reversal was though, so re-entered when price was turning with volume coming in.
Re-entered this for a nice little win, % wise (almost broke even with commissions), after it had little downside % compared to multi-day upside % in chart price. Wanted to build resilience with confidence in familiarity after being wrong the first time and this was a safe, conservative trade that held the lod. But kept the possible, unconscious influence in mind while I didn't like the tape, so I just got out safely as well.
Good trading volume on this ticker and strong close at the end of the day. Going to hold this ticker to see if it continues to show strength, and today it looked like it was running out of steam so I decided to take profits.
