Entry comments: I have held this stock for a while because of Warren Buffet. He has been buying up OXY all year and is one of his biggest positions. I have been down over 20% so I waited for the opportunity to drop my average once I noticed the stock based and started making higher highs and higher lows. Risk is $38.05. I will be holding this one for a while.
Entry comments: Taking another shot at this Warren Buffet Oil/Gas play on a pullback to the breakout level on a significant dump in the markets. Most the dump on Tech and shiny objects; this has potential, especially with Trump in office and negotiations with Russia and Ukraine ongoing. Goal is commons back to $50.
Exit comments: Ugly loss on this one. Had a sell set, which was close to executing, but I was in a meeting and didn't get the opportunity to cut it for a smaller profit. Was patient at 48.50, but Trump's tariffs announcement caused selling pressure. Just cut it...not wanting to fuck around and find out tomorrow.
