TRIED TO GIVE TIME ,REALESTATE STOCKS REVERSE SPLITTING ,THINK IT MIGHT FOLLOW CUT LOSSES
Long day of holding and hoping. Lesson learned on cutting losses early. This one stung, monitored all day hoping it would break resistance.
Bought 100 shares at 2.575, 100 shares at 2.579, 100 shares at 2.580, and 50 shares at 2.496. Sold 350 shares at 2.040. Lesson learned: not getting out of the trade if things don't go as planned. I was expecting a breakout that never happened holding and hoping.
Entry date Jan 9, 2026: Bought 187 shares of OPAD for $2.38. Double tap play, afternoon buy when it hit the oracle level above VWAP, big % gainer with news, 4.8x float rotation, 21.89M float, former runner, FGD. Goal was .30¢ spike. Risk/reward was 1:2, .15¢ downside .30¢ upside. Exit date Jan 9, 2026: Sold 187 shares of OPAD for $2.25. Did not spike, was shadowing $OPEN which was downtrending, sold at risk level, need to analyze chart/market better.
