Entry comments: Panic pattern
Exit comments: almost nailed the bottom, selling into this crazy hot market, excluding FX loss of around 3.6%
RSI at 75 sold..
This was a longer term trade. Multiple entries over the past year or so due to re-investing dividends so entry date is not accurate. Position size also included decimals and was not accepted here. I changed the exit price to accurately show the profit amount. Decided to get out today for a small gain but keep watching for a pull back. Thinking that the overall market might pull back so I want to get in cash to stay safe.

Exit comments: Didn't workout. Passed stop.
Need money for my personal life so i sold this one.
Sold this dividend stock on my dividend portfolio because the RSI reached 73/75 which is overbought. Going to buy back if it dips.
Entry comments: As I learned more and more about dividends, I was attracted by the prospect of a monthly dividend. This REIT sounded good, so I bought some.
