Was in on this stock because of purchasing agreement. Thought due to the price being set at 1.65 It would spike or at least move same day. Held overnight and got out for a small loss next day due to lack of movement.

It beats earnings plus it has a buyout news offering at 1.35 per share. I think this can go to 1.60. The support is at 1.24. When I bought it, there’s 50000 shares support at 1.32. Plus the premarket volume is larger than usual. Closed: It doesn’t move at all… came out with a scratch.
