
Awful day I shorted toward the bottom of the range near the open of afterhours and was right there was downside however i got out on a wick where my stop loss was so that hurt then i saw a trend change so i went long and got chopped out for a second stop loss then i took a long near the open on a pull back but it had more to go to the downside got stopped out and had one last ditch effort that hit the stop loss as well all in all a bad day i should have number one sold the top of the range

A rough day of overtrading early in the day got my wits about me took a deep breath and decided to stick to my plan instead of changing it constantly this is one thing I've noticed that will lead to demise is constantly changing the plan once I got past this the day went nice and smooth got in got out with patience and traded with the reversal of the trend, in the end, the early were punished and the patient were rewarded

got long on a trend break and she ripped pretty hard up pretty much no drawdown on that one got out towards the top of that short term range and had no position while i was asleep locking in profits is good its what keeps everything going could have gotten long again from the bottom of the range total time was 1h 24min I saw divergence but it continued to grind higher morning session my ideas were there but execution was poor I need to not over leverage

had a rough day got long too early in the morning I did not wait for confirmation and got stopped out then re entered and got stopped out again then i finally took 2 contracts off of the 520 level bounce and recouped the losses near the top of the range afteri exited it began to breakout through the range and i reentered for two contracts got stopped out again got a pull back and got back in and rode the wave for 1900 in profit overall a rocky day i need to be more disciplined and wait for confi
