I dip bought this and average down. I have few more shares left on this. But given the Risk this ticket has (Reverse Spilt) i dont know how much higher this will go. So just taking the profit and leave 3+ mil share to wait how much higher this will go.

A 6 month plus hold after reviewing the last 10Q alot of debt on the books. May buy back but unsure of the notes that need to be sold.
