Have traded in the past just using floors and resistance with success. Did the same today to try to go back to old days when I was up $1800, but today it was on a steady downtrend moving into earnings. Didn't want to be here for earnings as something doesn't seem to be right with the date given/price action. So just exited. Stock is generally on downtrend after an uptrend, but there was a definite midday surge with this stock lately. So gave it a go, but only downtrending intraday-- so exited.

Bad entry, bad exit! Chased a break out and got in too late and panicked and got out to soon. Should have entered on the dip at my exit time and price. Way too anxious to make the trade trying to catch the front end that Tim so frequently speaks about... Totally screwed this one up!

Got into the stock late not realizing that the stock was never going to go up from the high from the previous 2 minutes ago. Pretty bummed.
