[TimAlerts] LINEQ inn Energy announced in a press release this morning that shareholders are objecting to the company's recent reorganization plan on the grounds that shareholder equity value is being undervalued by at least USD 4.7bn.

[TimAlerts] LINEQ seems like a good short, another play in the same ballpark could be $CHK (chesapeake energy). Any thoughts?

[TimAlerts] I shorted 10k LINEQ at .1049 a few minutes ago. If I didn't have all my money tied up in other crappy cheap bankrupt stocks I'd short a bunch more. Borrow cost high so only a hold for a couple days and don't want to hold through stock cancellation

[TimAlerts] fyi LINEQ LNCOQ bankruptcy confirmation hearing is tomorrow -- 90%+ of creditors voted for it, so it likely gets confirmed. I would expect them to drop substantially over the next 2 days as people accept they are going to zero. Both cheap, but for those with decent account size LINEQ shortable at IB and at .102
