In TD amaritrade it showed this as a 5% gain when I put my order in to sell So I thought this was going to be a tiny profit. First mistake was not taking the 40% on this trade the day before however when this stock was not doing what I wanted it to do I cut losses quickly and minimized losses.
I remember this trade. What I remember is I should have held this trade so soon you will see that I trade it again and hold it longer into the morning and sell into a spike for profit.
This was a stressful stock. Predicted it spot on but it ended up on a long trade halt- T12. Learned so much trading this lol
Not a terrible idea (thinking it could squeeze more while shorts cover). The problem was my situation. I wasn't able to get out of my trade the next morning because I was going to be driving. Stupid to get into a trade when I know the next morning is busy. Expensive mistake...hopefully I remember the lesson.
Broke a major rule and followed an alert (not going to name drop but he got a much better entry) in chat and paid for it.

Overnight play. Watch who you listen to in the chat room. Did spike, was green but I had no idea why i was buying, what my plan was. But when it wasn't spiking the next morning, i got out.
