Entry comments: This is an earnings play. Not an A+ earnings play because it only has monthly options but it does expire this week. Yesterday Lennar beat on earnings so I expect KB Homes to follow suit. Even if not I like my strike. With the premium and the dividend it will pay my BEP would be 63.9 which seems like a good price to enter this chart anyway. Should just be an easy premium grab either way.
