Secured private placement financing of $1B. Seemed like great news. Held steady after the open. Sold half to mitigate losses. Moved down so slowly that I found ways to justify staying in the trade. 7 seemed to be a recent key level. Had some weird volatility in the days previous. Should've been a red flag. Then they made an offering just after 1pm and the stock tanked.... Wanted to feel the pain

Premarket Prep Recommendation - sold when price hit stop loss
Got out too early.. I don't like these opening buys.. I wasn't watching the time.. but this one opened and dropped and I was about to take a big loss, and only got a partial sell fill. Then it started spiking and I sold as it passed my purchase entry and started down again.. but then went up..it's over 7.55 now.. just got scared.. you'd think after over a year, I'd be better at this. lol
