Took a position on this reverse split at lows; not my usual type of trade on reverse splits cause this one had a merger. I don't like mergers. Liked the dip...until I saw that it was from an offering. Least I got in after the offering. Was able to cut the trade for a gain. Offerings be bad, mmmmkkaaaay.
