This runner on no news was looking to be having a late day fade into the close. There was volume exhaustion on the daily chart so I felt comfertable with a starter short overnight. Next morning the stock got a downgrade by an analyst which was great but also had acquisition news around $15/share. So that pretty much priced it in and cover for a small gain.
Tried overnight shorting on 1st red day, stock with no real news - stock held, got out.

Only got partial fill on this stock from my watch list. Gave it lots of time o work but sold when it failed to break above $10.85
