Eh didn't pick a very good entry area based on momentum but close.
Catalyst : It was announced that this stock would be bought by a consortium at 29$. I guess I should have bought a rumor instead of a news. The stock went sideway through the day. I got out with a negligible profit.
Good triangle structure consoloidation daily intraday range key levels and estimations volume price action power and staying power. It did not go so risk level. Didnt see the spread. Should have been a stronger power, need to pay more attention on the transactions and would have seen that there were none that signaled some true power. Later it did and had volume backing it up, but not at first when I traded it.
