Shorted this runner up over 30% with a great DT, looking to take profits at the 200 SMA on the 5 min. It did end up dropping mid afternoon but never made it to the 200. I waited until reg market close then closed out the position for very small gains. I felt that I gave this enough time to come down and I figured it wasn’t worth the risk to hold after hours in case it ran again.
This was 2 different short trades for 1000 shares each. These were very nice profits and we are happy with the results. We did miss a couple earlier trades on this in the day, but when things lined back up for us, we hit it and hit it good. Very happy once again with these setups.
11-11 - cut this just to get rid of it. Had a day of accepting losses today!
