RCT pattern formed, tried to cut losses quickly but it falled hard and cut losses at double. posible failed due to big spike before the pattern formed.
Premarket ran from $0.67 to $3.65. An older 424B3 resale registration from 1/13/26 covered up to 1.8M shares. Not an offering or dilution since the company receives no proceeds, but it allows existing shareholders to sell shares. No real catalyst other than a new CFO announcement. I got impatient and sold. If I had given it more time, it eventually reached the HOD around $3.62. Ended up chasing instead of sticking to my plan.

failed RCT very SAD!!
Bought this stock when it was spiking with momentum and rising on the big percent gainer list. I got in in the $1.60s, but originally was watching it in the $.80s. Got out when it was struggling to breakout past $2, then it spiked to the $2.50s. Just being safe and protecting the profits on each trade, as this is a very hot market and these stocks are moving fast. Another sell too soon, as it went to the $3s shortly after I sold, but taking the wins.

Entry comments: Taking $2 risk on this highly speculative PM RCT that is a total chat pump, ScamEX, China turd. But it is rotating the float every 5 minutes. Risk is failing the RCT ($2.08) and I'll take profits VERY quickly, no adding to the trade or taking 1/2 off, I'm thinking it can test $3 again as the high is $3.61.
Exit comments: Welp, lost my $2 here, had a bit of slippage on my exit which I knew was likely so that's why I took fewer shares. It's still holding up at 9EMA so could be a great play after the open if it can hold up. But I'm out of the day with the max loss. So will just watch and learn.
