3DS, low volume and spike out of gate 20%, waited for pullback and put in a red candle with wick at 4.20, so entered 4.27 with risk just below at 4.19, tried going at got to 4.37 then 2 big reds and stopped out.

Entry comments: I'm buying this big spiker on news of a stock repurchase program https://tinyurl.com/47krkr8m and its really running into the close so I think it can spike more afterhours and ideally next week too as this is just its first big green day so its getting on lots of tradders scans. I wanted more of a dip off the highs of 5.50 but its spiking now off a base in the 4.60s so my goal is to sell back near the day highs 5.50 and ideally into the 6s if it can breakout. Cut losses at 4.60

Exit comments: No bounce and bad executions, nasty loss, but I have to protect, will make a video, but rule #1 http://tim.ly/clq cut losses quickly

I don't normally take this play, but I couldn't help but notice that this held all day, the news was good (bitcoin went up), and it formed a small cup and handle. As it was percolating, I felt this would only pop to the 4.20's before flushing back down, so I just set my target to sell right before it hit 4. and WOW!! It took off further than I thought. Not a bad end to the week. I only did 500 shares, so that I could handle the lows and let it work.
