Looking back over the last two years and finally looking at my metrics, I noticed the majority of my significant losses came between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm. I watched this trade downward all day in a straight line. I told myself I would not trade it no matter what happened between those time frames. I waited till my entry point and told myself no matter what, I would hold right near the close, win or lose. I stuck to my plan, win or lose, that this was a Good Trade based on the rules I set.
